Refund policy

At Fibio (operated by Easyryt Nextgen Solutions Private Limited), we aim to bring you the most trending and useful utility products. Since we source our products at competitive wholesale rates to provide you the best prices, we follow a strict return and refund framework:

1. CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Cancellation requests are accepted only within 12 hours of placing the order.

  • Once an order is dispatched from our warehouse, it cannot be cancelled.

2. NO-RETURN & NO-REFUND POLICY

  • We follow a No-Return policy for "change of mind" or "dissatisfaction with product color/size" if the product matches the description.

  • Refunds are only issued if we are unable to fulfill your order due to stock unavailability. In such cases, the amount will be credited to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

3. EXCHANGE ONLY POLICY

We provide exchanges only in the following cases:

  • Manufacturing Defect: If the product has a functional defect.

  • Transit Damage: If the product is damaged during shipping.

  • Wrong Item: If you received a different product from what you ordered.

4. MANDATORY UNBOXING VIDEO (Safety Net)

To be eligible for an exchange, a clear, unedited, and continuous Unboxing Video is mandatory.

  • The video must start by showing the shipping label on the sealed package.

  • The video must clearly show the process of opening the package and the defect/damage in the product.

  • Claims without a valid unboxing video will not be entertained under any circumstances.

5. EXCHANGE PROCESS

  • Any issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Send your Order ID and Unboxing Video to fibio.in@gmail.com or via WhatsApp to +91 8287815883.

  • After our team verifies the video, we will initiate a reverse pickup (if applicable) or send a replacement product.

6. NON-EXCHANGEABLE ITEMS

Certain types of items cannot be exchanged, such as:

  • Personal care/hygiene products.

  • Items that have been used, washed, or damaged by the customer.

  • Free gifts or promotional items.
