Shipping policy

At Fibio (operated by Easyryt Nextgen Solutions Private Limited), we aim to deliver trending and utility products across India with a transparent and flat shipping structure. Since we operate on a 100% Prepaid model, your orders are prioritized for dispatch immediately after payment confirmation.

1. SHIPPING CHARGES

We charge a Flat Shipping Fee of ₹49 on all orders, regardless of the order value or weight.
This fee is added at the time of checkout and is non-refundable.

2. PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed and ready for dispatch within 24 to 48 hours (excluding Sundays and Public Holidays).
You will receive a tracking link via email or SMS as soon as your order is handed over to our courier partner.

3. DELIVERY TIMELINES

Metros & Tier 1 Cities: 3 to 5 business days.
Rest of India: 5 to 7 business days.
Note: Delivery times are estimates. While we strive for timely delivery, we are not liable for delays caused by logistics partners or unforeseen circumstances.

4. ORDER TRACKING

You can track your order using the link sent to your registered email/phone. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking status to be updated on the courier company’s portal.

5. DELIVERY ATTEMPT & ADDRESS ACCURACY

Customers must provide a complete address with a valid Pincode and Landmark.
Our courier partners will attempt delivery. If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or the customer being unavailable, re-shipping charges of ₹49 will be applicable.

6. TAMPERED PACKAGES

If the outer shipping bag or tape is torn or tampered with at the time of delivery, do not accept the package. Report this to us immediately at +91 8287815883. If you accept the package, an unboxing video is mandatory to claim any missing or damaged items.
