We offer this website, including all information, tools, and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, and policies stated here.

SECTION 1 - ONLINE STORE TERMS By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.

SECTION 2 - NO COD (CASH ON DELIVERY) POLICY To maintain operational efficiency and ensure the fastest delivery of our products, Fibio operates on a 100% Prepaid Model.

  • We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for any orders, regardless of the order value.

  • All orders must be paid in full at the time of checkout using our secure PhonePe Payment Gateway (UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking).

  • Any order not successfully paid will not be processed or shipped.

SECTION 3 - PRODUCTS AND SERVICES We specialize in curated products like UV Varnish Mobile Covers. We have made every effort to display the colors and images of our products as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display will be 100% accurate. We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products to any person or geographic region.

SECTION 4 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY Orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours. Estimated delivery time is 3-7 business days. Fibio (Easyryt Nextgen Solutions Private Limited) is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers or logistics partners. Once the product is handed over to the carrier, the risk of loss passes to the customer.

SECTION 5 - RETURNS AND EXCHANGES We follow a strict "No-Return" policy.

  • Exchange Only: Exchanges are only accepted if you receive a damaged or wrong product.

  • Mandatory Requirement: A clear, unedited Unboxing Video is mandatory to claim an exchange for damaged goods. Without a video, no exchange request will be entertained.

SECTION 6 - ACCURACY OF BILLING You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us.

SECTION 7 - GOVERNING LAW These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, Delhi.
